July 7th- Harley D and the V Twins
(Rock, Pop)
www.harleyshouseofsound.com
harley
Harley Osterlund got off of the plane in 1992 with a guitar, an amp, one change of clothes and $200 at Stapleton Airport. Harley has since built a reputation as the best music teacher in Fort Collins, known for getting kids trained and able to play in big shows like their peers who are 20 years older than them. A great example of that is High Voltage, an ACDC tribute band started with 10-year-olds, who are now very well known throughout Colorado.

Harley's own band, The V-Twins, was started two years ago when Harley got tired of being a side man for other artists. Harley decided he wanted to give crowds what they really wanted, and he could do that if he took care of everything himself. The idea came to Harley after spending five years with local band, "The Tumbledowns." This is where Harley learned about the business side of music and how to build a brand that people will pay money to see.

How many songs do we know? We get asked this all the time. I don’t have time to count because we average five new songs a week! I can tell you it is not your standard bar band 40 song set list. The musicianship that it takes to cover such a wide variety and so much material is incredible. All I want is to be known as the band that can put a smile on the faces of any crowd. You say it and WE WILL PLAY IT!
